If you're a hiking enthusiast, this option provides a wonderful opportunity to discover the local terrain. We will journey to the charming town of São Jorge, from where we will dive into a 12 km trek within the Chapada dos Veadeiros National Park.
Throughout the hike, be prepared to absorb the beauty of the magical valleys as we make our way to the breathtaking Rio Preto waterfall. Upon arrival, you'll have an hour to relax and enjoy a refreshing swim, allowing you to recharge for the journey ahead.
Post-hike, we will return to São Jorge to embark on a guided exploration of its quaint streets, stopping at numerous artisanal stalls. You’ll discover that these unique products were crafted by the Colunga, the descendants of those who labored in gold mining.

If you seek a more leisurely experience, let us take you to the striking Valle de la Luna, where nature has sculpted a truly extraordinary landscape in Chapada dos Veadeiros National Park. Here, the elements—rain, wind, and the São Miguel River—have formed a rocky vista that feels otherworldly.
We’ll embark on a 2 km stroll through this fascinating area, sharing intriguing tales of UFO phenomena that have occurred here—sure to send a chill down your spine. Following this, a visit to the Maytrea gardens will showcase the beauty of the Brazilian savannah. You’ll have the chance to cool off in the natural pools we encounter as we make our way back to São Jorge.
Lunch will be on your own for an hour, followed by visits to the nearby waterfalls—there are more than 15 for you to explore!
