Service Overview

Stayviax is an online travel platform operated by Myticketsworld OÜ, providing booking services for activities, tours, and travel experiences worldwide.

We act as an intermediary between travelers and activity/experience providers.

Our platform facilitates bookings but does not own or operate the activities or experiences listed.

All bookings are subject to the terms and conditions of the respective service providers.

User Responsibilities

Users must provide accurate and complete information when making bookings.

You are responsible for ensuring your travel documents are valid and up-to-date.

Users must comply with all applicable laws and regulations during their travels.

Any misuse of our platform or fraudulent activity will result in account termination.

Booking Terms

All bookings are confirmed upon receipt of payment and booking confirmation.

Prices are subject to availability and may change without notice until booking is confirmed.

Special requests are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.

Group bookings (10+ people) may have different terms and conditions.

Payment & Pricing

All prices are displayed in the currency selected and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

Payment is processed securely through our certified payment partners.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel bookings for any reason.

Currency conversion rates are provided for reference only and may vary at the time of payment.

Liability & Disclaimers

Stayviax acts as an intermediary and is not liable for the actions of service providers.

We are not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury during your travel.

Travel insurance is strongly recommended for all bookings.

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the booking service.

Intellectual Property

All content on our platform is protected by copyright and trademark laws.

Users may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any content without permission.

The Stayviax name and logo are registered trademarks of Myticketsworld OÜ.

User-generated content may be used by Stayviax for promotional purposes.

Delivery Policy

All products and services offered on Stayviax are entirely digital in nature. No physical goods are shipped or mailed under any circumstances.

Upon successful payment, a booking confirmation is delivered instantly to the email address provided by the customer during checkout. This confirmation serves as proof of purchase and contains the booking reference code and/or activity voucher.

The confirmation email is sent automatically and immediately following payment authorisation. Customers should expect to receive it within a few minutes of completing their transaction.

If the confirmation email is not received within 15 minutes of payment, customers are advised to check their spam, junk, or promotions folder before contacting support.

In the event of a technical failure preventing delivery of the confirmation email, Stayviax will resend the confirmation within 24 hours of being notified. Customers may report non-delivery to support@stayviax.com.

The booking confirmation code and/or voucher must be presented — either printed or displayed on a mobile device — at the designated meeting point or venue on the day of the activity, as specified in the confirmation email.

Stayviax is not responsible for non-delivery of confirmation emails resulting from incorrect email addresses provided by the customer, or from email filters and restrictions applied by the customer's email service provider.

Digital confirmations are considered delivered once successfully sent to the email address provided at checkout. Customers are responsible for ensuring the email address entered is accurate and accessible.

Data Protection

We are committed to protecting your personal data in accordance with GDPR and applicable privacy laws. Your information is processed securely and used only for booking and customer service purposes.

Consumer Rights

As a consumer, you have specific rights under EU consumer protection laws. These include the right to clear information, fair terms, and effective remedies.
