As we navigate the enchanting Loretoyacu River, a tributary of the mighty Amazon, we will spend around thirty minutes on the water. This river serves as a vital corridor for the riverside communities, facilitating the transport of both goods and passengers. Keep an eye out for indigenous boats, as we may have the chance to see them during our journey.
Upon reaching the community of Santa Teresita, be prepared to be warmly welcomed by the local families who will share their rich stories and legends. This unique cultural exchange promises to leave a lasting impression.
