Our adventure begins at a pre-arranged time, where we will greet you at your hotel or at a designated spot in the historic heart of Cartagena de Indias. We will then proceed to the Santa Rita Market, a vibrant space that has flourished for over 48 years.
Upon our arrival, we will stroll through the various stalls, encountering diverse fruit and food vendors. This will provide a unique opportunity to engage with the locals, gain insights into their everyday lives, and savor the enticing aromas and lively colors that characterize the market.
As a highlight of our visit, we will indulge in a tasting of an array of juicy fruits indigenous to the area, experiencing the authentic tastes of Colombia. Additionally, we’ll sample traditional dishes, including yams and yucca, ensuring a delightful culinary experience.
Concluding our food exploration after two and a half hours, we will return to the original pickup point.
