Surfing Lesson at Makaha Beach
Have you always been intrigued by the allure of the sea and the thrill of surfing, yet never attempted it? Now is the perfect opportunity! In our surfing lesson at Makaha Beach, you will learn to navigate the waves at this popular beach location situated in the Miraflores district.
The session kicks off with a 30-minute theoretical introduction, where you'll grasp essential concepts for maintaining balance on the board, paddling effectively, and standing up confidently. Following this, we will conduct some stretching exercises on the sand to ensure you're prepped and ready, minimizing the risk of injuries.
You will then be organized into smaller age-appropriate groups. Children will receive individual attention with a dedicated instructor accompanying them on the board, while adults will participate in a group setting alongside the instructor.
After donning your wetsuit and suitable footwear, we’ll gather our surfboards and enter the water. You will enjoy 1 hour of practical application, starting with riding the gentler waves. Gradually, you will build the confidence and technique needed to tackle the larger waves as they roll in.
Hotel Pickup
For your convenience, we can arrange to pick you up from your hotel in Lima and transport you to Makaha Beach for your surfing lesson. At the conclusion of the session, we will return you to your accommodation.
8-Lesson Course
If you find yourself enamored with surfing and aspire to elevate your skills, our 8-lesson course is tailor-made for you!
During this program, you will participate in two surf lessons each week, with each session lasting 1 hour 30 minutes. You will have the flexibility to coordinate the schedule for your lessons directly with the instructor.
