Before embarking on the journey, a brief training session will equip you with the skills needed to navigate the segways smoothly, ensuring a carefree exploration. The tour takes off through the iconic arch of Porta Catania, leading us into the heart of the historical area. We will glide through major streets and squares, including Piazza Duomo, where you’ll encounter the stunning Cathedral of St. Nicholas, the Town Hall, and the emblematic Centaura fountain, a true representation of Taormina’s heritage.
Next, we will venture to the Monastery of San Domenico, now a luxurious accommodation that belongs to an esteemed international hotel chain.
Continuing along Via Roma, we will arrive at Villa Comunale, a picturesque park featuring lush gardens that offer spectacular views of the coastline. Close by are the remnants of the renowned ancient Greco-Roman theatre, a celebrated venue for the Taormina Film Festival.
