Picture yourself learning to dive at one of the finest beaches on Baru Island. This introductory scuba diving course offers you a full day exploring the underwater wonders of the Colombian Caribbean!

Description

Our adventure begins at the scheduled time at the dive center, which is situated within the Afrocorales Beach Club. Are you ready for a memorable aquatic experience in Baru?

Prior to venturing into the open waters, you'll familiarize yourself with the fundamental scuba diving skills. A theoretical briefing will provide you with crucial information before you practice in controlled conditions. You’ll gain competency in using the regulator and mastering underwater communication signals.

Once you're adequately prepared, we’ll board the boat and set sail for the Baru Barrier Reef. This magnificent location invites us to experience two dives, each approximately 30 minutes long.

During our underwater exploration, we'll delve into the vibrant marine ecosystem surrounding Baru Island. Be on the lookout for parrotfish, lionfish, trumpetfish, urchins, barracudas, and perhaps even sea turtles!

At the end of a 2.5 to 3-hour experience, we'll return to our starting point to conclude our journey.
