Join us for an invigorating paddle boarding experience in Cassis, where you'll navigate the crystal-clear waters of southern France, unveiling the breathtaking Calanques. These remarkable natural formations are essential highlights for anyone venturing into this beautiful Mediterranean region.
Description
Our adventure begins at the designated spot, Tennis and Paddle Club Presqu'île , where we will equip ourselves with the necessary paddle boarding gear before embarking on an exciting journey across the waves of Cassis!
Situated in Provence, near Marseille, this charming town offers the perfect gateway to explore the stunning southeast French calanques. These picturesque and narrow inlets, characterized by steep walls and enchanting turquoise waters, make this area of the western Mediterranean a true haven for nature lovers.
Our first stop will be the Calanque of Port-Miou, where the name is derived from the Latin phrase "Portus Melhor," highlighting its exceptional location as a favorable harbor.
Next, we will proceed to the Calanque of Port-Pin, where we'll take a moment to stroll and enjoy its beautiful beach. After soaking in the scenic views, we will paddle towards the Calanque d'En-Vau, renowned for its vibrant and lively seabed.
After 3.5 hours of exploration, we will return to our starting point, marking the end of our paddle boarding journey.
