The village’s Italian heritage is reflected in various customs and traditions, especially if you are a cheese enthusiast. Notably, Chipilo differs from many other Mexican towns as it lacks a central plaza or market; instead, you’ll find the Parroquia de la Inmaculada Concepción, a church characterized by its unadorned architecture.
Next, we’ll head towards our second stop, Atlixco, renowned for its exquisite gastronomy, breathtaking landscape, and distinctive architecture. This town stands out as a principal hub for agricultural and floral production in the nation.
