At the scheduled time, we will collect you from your chosen meeting point and transport you to the restaurant Torquês located in Nova Petrópolis. Following a scenic 1-hour drive, you will discover an elaborate buffet featuring an array of authentic German specialties. Delight in dishes such as eisbein (crispy pork knuckle), kassler (smoked and cured pork loin), bockwurst (a type of sausage), and the classic sauerkraut.
