At the scheduled time, we will collect you from your accommodation in Cape Town and make our way to the renowned Gold restaurant, where you'll indulge in African culinary delights while enjoying a live drumming and music performance. It's an experience not to be missed!
Upon arrival, you'll be directed to your table, and the evening will commence with an enchanting performance by Mali, a puppet symbolic of the Bamana people. In their culture, puppets serve as bridges between the earthly and spiritual realms.
Following this captivating introduction, the feast of 14 traditional African dishes will be served, showcasing the diverse ingredients and cooking styles of various tribes and cultures. This tasting journey celebrates the rich culinary heritage of the continent!
As you enjoy your meal, a group of performers will entertain you with lively dance and song around your table, accompanied by the vibrant beats of the djembe, a traditional African drum. You will also witness a duel between two warriors, culminating in a spectacular tribute to the kings of Africa, creating an unforgettable atmosphere!
At the conclusion of the event, we will return to the starting point approximately 3.5 hours after beginning the activity.
