- The Cube: an isolated, soundproof area spanning 220 square meters and reaching 8 meters in height, dedicated to contemporary immersive art.
- The Immersive Cistern: a 155-square-meter space, 7 meters high, that allows visitors to relax and experience digital projections from an alternative perspective.
- Large Mooring Buoys: a waterside section where images from the exhibition program are projected onto the water.
- The Base Museum: an educational area offering insights into the military and architectural significance of the former submarine base.
