Day Trip to Jerusalem and Bethlehem
Starting around 7 AM, your hotel pickup will commence, and just an hour later, we will arrive at the revered city of Jerusalem.
Our first stop will be Mount Scopus, where you can soak in breathtaking views of the entire city. Following this, we will explore the Garden of Gethsemane, the Church of All Nations, and the Kidron Valley, all rich in the historical tapestry of Jerusalem.
Next, we will make our way to the Jewish quarter to experience the Western Wall and delve into the ancient temple's history, including a visit to HaKardo, a historic Roman road.
In the Christian quarter, we will walk the Via Dolorosa leading to the Church of the Holy Sepulchre. Here, you’ll encounter artistic expressions that commemorate the suffering and resurrection of Christ.
Upon concluding our Jerusalem tour, we will reboard the bus and proceed to Bethlehem, where we’ll visit Manger Square, the site of the adoration of the Magi who followed the East Star. Adjacent to the square stands the Basilica of the Nativity, where one of its underground caverns reveals the location of Jesus' birth.
After our visit to Bethlehem, we will begin our return journey to your hotel in Tel Aviv, arriving at approximately 5:15 PM.
