Fiesta Gaucha Experience at Don Silvano Ranch
Your journey begins with a pickup from your hotel at the scheduled time as we leave the bustling city behind and venture into the scenic Argentinian countryside. After approximately an hour and a half drive, we will arrive at the Don Silvano Ranch.
Upon arrival, you will be greeted with delicious local empanadas and a glass of fine wine, signaling the start of the celebration! You will have the opportunity to explore the vast ranch, encompassing an impressive 939 acres (380 hectares) of diverse crops, lush vegetation, and a charming Colonial house.
Curious about the traditions of the Fiesta Gaucha? We begin with a delightful horse-drawn carriage ride across the ranch, unveiling the rich legacy of the Silvano family, whose influence remains prominent. Next, we will switch to a tractor to discover the agricultural practices that keep these lands thriving.
No visit to an Argentinian ranch would be complete without a family-style meal. At lunchtime, gather around for a traditional BBQ featuring chorizo, black pudding, and various selections of meat, accompanied by salads and refreshing drinks. And, of course, we’ll conclude with a delectable dessert!
After approximately 8 hours of enriching experiences, we will return to your designated drop-off point.
Your day will end with a drop-off at Galerias Pacifico, near the Obelisk, or in the Puerto Madero area, depending on your preference.
