Here, you’ll witness the meticulous process of harvesting coffee cherries and their subsequent roasting, observing each step that transforms raw seeds into the drink enjoyed around the world.
Next, we’ll explore the historic Café Bola de Oro mill, a cornerstone of the coffee market for over four decades. This visit offers a glimpse into the evolution of coffee production machinery and techniques utilized throughout the years.
As part of this enriching experience, a coffee tasting session awaits, allowing you to delve into the distinct aromas, flavors, and subtleties found in various coffee beans. To wrap up your day, we will visit the enchanting Pacho Nuevo hacienda, recognized as the estate of Nuestra Señora de Los Remedios.
